I had the pleasure of capturing details of a day to celebrate family love, multiple generations with beautiful people all around. Nothing is sweeter than having your daughter, granddaughter, and great granddaughter in a portrait to celebrate eighty happy years. Thank you for having me over on your very special occasion.
Happy Birthday, Mrs E!

I met the ‘B’ family at the St Joe Maternity Fair earlier this year, and they were my lucky winners for a free newborn session. I wanted their experience to be complete, so we added a mini maternity session. Weather and scheduling came in our way, but the rain finally stopped just in time for us this week. The light was magical! I loved it, and I loved meeting the entire family. They are hip, fun and a certain 4 year-old-soon-to-be-bigger-brother is full of energy & personality
Isn’t mom-to-be stunning!?!! I can’t wait to meet baby boy #2.
If you are thinking of booking your newborn session with Zoombug Photos, use the contact form or email me now to take advantage of getting a free mini maternity session with it!
A – I am still on the look-out for a two-headed dog…I’ll let you know if I spot one ![]()
C & J – Great meeting you again. I hope you love these.

Big brother ‘C’ is a serious 4 year old, who is full of imagination, information, and character! I had lots of fun as he showed around his farm, introduced me to his pony and horses, told me about his cousins, spiders, dinosaurs, spiders, transformers, spiders, star wars, dragons, and spiders. Did I say spiders
2 month ‘G’ was not feeling too good – poor baby! He did great, despite that – but I know his parents are used to bigger smiles, and less serious looks. I love chubby babies and he was no exception – just too precious and cute.
S & P – Thanks for having me over to capture your handsome boys…I hope ‘G’ is feeling better!

I can’t believe how fast a year can go by! I first met precious ‘R’ when she was barely a week old, and she’s is just as cute as ever. She’s full of personality & charm, and had us all oohing and aahing over her peek-a-boo game, her adorable smiles, and her cute little “talk”. She’s just too precious for words. I couldn’t get enough of her!
A & S – Hope you love those

Adorable baby ‘M’ is almost 3 months old, and is as cute as can be. He already has a beautiful singing voice, and after 40 minutes of playing, feeding, and changing he had the right idea of just lounging in the fresh breeze for a nap! The session could go any better – we dodged the rain, we got to see his adorable smile, his cute expressions, and his peaceful sleep. His parents and I couldn’t help but stand there and watch him for a while – so beautiful. His parents are already in love and smitten – and I don’t blame them

It’s so easy to see the love and respect in this family. The kids were full of personality, charm and manners…and SO beautiful too! I could photograph them all day – it was just so much fun.

These three were a hoot! I had such a great time with them and they were willing to go with whatever crazy ideas I had…even some that might threaten their facebook coolness.
M, C & J – Thanks guys for being a great bunch! Hope you had as much fun as I did. I promise to bring at least two cups of frappuccinos with me next time

I had a great time photographing family ‘C’ this weekend. They were troopers as we dodged raindrops throughout the session. We met at a fishing club – what a great idea, and gorgeous location!!! I could have learned a lot from them. I think I’ve fished once or twice over 10 years ago, but the boys kept their fishing secrets from me
Within minutes from arriving, 5 year old “J” caught a fish…and as soon as he let it go, his older brother, “C” caught one too – I could barely keep up! To say these boys are handsome is understatement! Note to self – bring a step stool next time – so I can be eye to eye with 9 year old “M” (I have no chance with 12 year old “C” – I’ll need a ladder).

“C” family – thanks for inviting me to your mini fishing trip, and dealing with the rain! Here’s a little preview…

What a fun bunch! I had a great afternoon with the “G” family this past weekend. We had met when baby ‘A’ was still in her mommy’s belly, and when she was a newborn. Now she’s 9 months old, and is already trying to crawl and stand. She’s got to catch up to her older sisters
2 year old sis, also ‘A’, was all about including her baby sister, and looking for ants on the ground! She is so cute with her “hiss” to let us know she found some. The leader of the pack, almost 5 year old ‘T’, is just as lively and inquisitive as ever. She’s very excited about starting K this fall, and I am sure she’ll have plenty of stories to share with me next time! I totally enjoyed being with them!
T & A (and Mamaw) – thanks!!! I hope you enjoy this little peek

I’ve attended numerous commencements in my many years at UK & after. They are always special. They are symbols of years of hard work, commitment, friendships, fun, growth, and new beginnings. I love my alma mater, and I loved capturing this special time for this sweet, gorgeous and loving family. Congratulations!!!
