I met Miss C this past weekend for her senior shoot. We walked around a couple of blocks in downtown Lexington, finding some cool backdrops and some very funky art. If you live in town and have never been to Third Street Stuff Cafe, you’re missing out. From the short time I spent with C, I can tell she’s dedicated, focused, fun, and beautiful.
J & C – Thanks for driving all the way from Cincinnati to meet me
It was really hard picking just a few for the sneak peek. I had a blast working with you and I hope you love these!

I met this little beauty before she was born, and had the pleasure of photographing her again when she was only days old. She recently celebrated her first birthday, and I just couldn’t believe how grown she is. I still see the same cute chubby cheeks from a year ago, but that dark hair turned almost white blond, eyes are bright blue, she walks, and “talks” and handled the cold better than I did. What a fun girl.
C & G – It was great seeing you again

Miss L turned one less than a week ago. She’s been walking for a while, and I can tell! I usually have a to work hard catching up with two year olds, but one years olds too!?!! She was fast, and kept me on my toes. She is as cute as can be, was happy running around, smelling flowers, and “talking” the cutest gibberish sentences ever, that were only topped by her dance moves. I wished I had a video camera with me for that precise moment
C – Nice meeting you, and I hope you enjoy your preview!

This was my third session with Baby G (not counting when she was still in her mommy’s belly), and she just continues to grow more beautiful. Despite being under the weather, she went along with the outfit change, the overcast chilly day, and was all smiles & expressions. I love her two new teeth – too cute! She’s already on the go and, for her mom’s sake, I hope she takes her time taking that first step!
S – always a pleasure to hang out with you and G! I hope she’s feeling better.

You might remember little E from her previous session. Four short months later, and she has a couple of teeth, she can sit on her own pretty well, and she was chanting “da-da” through out the session. She still has the same gorgeous blue eyes, and a smile that just brightens anyone’s day! She sure brighten mine
Can’t wait to see you at ONE, E!
J – great catching up with you again! I was worried that I might have missed a shot of her little teeth, but I’m happy to say, I got more than one (see one of them below).

Two gorgeous little girls + two awesome & laid back parents = one fun family session!
I met mom at our girls’ ballet class, and we spend those 6 or so weeks chatting while our girls goofed did pliés and chassés, or as little M would say: “sashay”
I was thrilled when she asked me to capture her family! I got to meet her sweet 19 month old daughter as well. Like my second child, she is determined and has a mind of her own, and not so much a fan of sitting still, which was perfectly fine with me. I like to document children as they are – free spirited, inquisitive and fun.
C & S – Thanks for sharing your beautiful girls with me. I hope yo enjoy your peek.
